Source manufacturing capability without publishing sensitive RFQ details
A supplier search can start with a bounded capability brief. Sensitive drawings, BOMs and specifications do not need to be made public simply to identify likely-fit manufacturers.
Separate qualification from sensitive disclosure
Start with the process, broad part or assembly type, geography, volume band, timing, required standards and any non-sensitive qualification facts. Shortlist likely-fit suppliers first. Where restricted technical files are needed for a meaningful review, agree the appropriate confidentiality and data-sharing steps before releasing them.
